We are reopening for guests and viewings from 1st July 2020.
Coronavirus Control Measures
Our building and standard procedures are specifically designed with disease prevention and control in mind, for the protection of the cats who stay with us. This forms an excellent basis to take forward measures to limit the spread of COVID-19 between employees and visitors. We have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and added some additional procedures to reduce the risk of spreading the virus at our premises. If you have a forthcoming booking, we will contact you with details of these additional procedures so you know how to prepare for your visit.
We are now contacting customers on our waiting list for viewings, to invite you to make an appointment at a time to suit you.
New Terms and Conditions come into effect from today, which affect deposits and cancellations

Please note we are waiving the 28 day cancellation period referred to in the Terms and Conditions during the pandemic. The 7 day cancellation period will apply until further notice. This means that if you cancel with more than 7 days notice, there are no penalties, other than losing your deposit.
If you know that you need to cancel your booking, please do inform us (preferably by email) as soon as possible.
We are going through the process of contacting all customers with bookings to check if you still require the booking. If you have a provisional booking we will now ask you to confirm the booking by paying a deposit. We are also taking new bookings by phone or email, or you can use the online booker.
In the short term, we are asking all customers with bookings starting in July to bring their cat's food with them for their entire stay. This is because we are still experiencing high levels of last minute cancellations. From the 1st August, we are putting in a place a new menu system which will include our guests' favourites. If your cat(s) require specialist foods not on the list, we will ask that you bring it with you. We'll contact customers with bookings soon with details of the new menu.
